Pendulum Waves

OK, so I'm about a year late with this one. I can't be the trend-setter every time!

Cerulean's Love of Pop Culture, Episode 5

Man, my scheduling ability sucks. I'm going to get better.  Also, my audio isn't in stereo. I must be missing some kind of converter. I need to do some more research before I waste money trying to fix it (and inevitably getting the wrong thing).

Cerulean's Love of Pop Culture, Episode 5

Wow. My voice really starts to go toward the middle of the podcast.

In this episode:

I discuss the movies Priest, Bridesmaids and Hangover 2, Wil Wheaton, Eureka, summer TV start dates, Netflix (The IT Crowd*, Star Trek and silly Syfy movies)

Music:

The Raveonettes, "Forget That You're Young" (Thanks to KEXP)

Amanda Mair, "House" (Thanks to AOL)

Bell XI, "Hey Anna Lena" (Thanks to WXRT)

*I mispronounced Graham Linehan's name. I just realized that he also did another show I love, Black Books.

Blackbeard's Anchor Found

I'm a little suspicious, since this coincides with the new Pirates movie, but...apparently Blackbeard's anchor has been found off the coast of North Carolina. No word on whether he chose Pacey or Dawson.

If you don't get that reference, then you're probably not my age. And you probably had taste in TV shows.

Chuck Renewed!

NBC has renewed Chuck. It's nice to know ahead of time that this will be its last season. I think its time. As much as I love it, this past season has been a little wan for me.

Eh. The Event Gone.

I was only half watching The Event, anyway. I don't think I finished this past week's episode. I didn't watch the other shows that were canceled by NBC.

Oh bummerz. V gone.

Oh bums. I loved V.

ABC has totally P.O.d me. Their show V has been cancelled. I could care more about a lizard's skin regarding the other shows.

H.G. Wells in Warehouse 12

Nice! Warehouse 12 with H.G. Wells. It should be very steampunky, but it'll be weird having a show not set in the modern world.
H.G. Wells may also be a magic jinni, it seems

If Movie Posters Told The Truth

Heh. This is a very funny collection of movie poster mock-ups. I think the Transformers is the best and most truthful one.

By the by - I've been sick, folks. The coughing is coming (the fever was yesterday). I'll try to get better about posting, though.

Lola sucks

I'm going to try to post some time during the week. I've spent most of this weekend trying to write a story. I can't keep in the same tense! I kept going back and forth.

Also I did not podfade. I will record again soon!
